If you need your order super urgently or within a date for a special occasion, please contact us and we'll happily try our best to expedite orders where we can.

Local pick up:

Unfortunately we do not offer a pick-up option at the moment. 

Packaging:

In keeping with our focus on high quality and constant reflection on our impact on our surroundings and the environment, we do not use plastic in our packaging. The toy’s come packaged in a Melbourne-designed and manufactured cardboard box with a cotton canvas sticker that is perfect for gifting. We ship this box inside a corrugated box that is padded with kraft paper to protect the packaging and the toys.
