Refund policy

Hello,

We'd like to start off by thanking you for supporting our small & handmade products.

We are a small, independent business and we care deeply about our customers and making sure that each of you are taken care of and are super happy. 

What happens if you're bundle of joy is lost in transit? 

As soon as an order is placed, you'll receive an email with the tracking info for your bundle of joy (these emails can sometimes go into your junk mail if you haven't received it).

We fulfil our orders within 48 hours of receiving it. Once your order has been despatched, please check the tracking info and if the delivery is more than a couple of days late, please contact us via email.

We'll do everything we can to resolve your issue and we'll send a new one if necessary. 

Damaged in transit

Please send us an email with photos of the damaged product and we'll send across a replacement ASAP.

Warranty & peace of mind

Our handmade bundles of joy come with a 6 month warranty, during which period we'll replace a faulty and/or defective product free of charge. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, drops and damage whilst in use or loss. 

Change of mind

If you happen to change your mind after ordering, but before we ship your order, we'll send you a refund.

If it has been shipped already, please email us and we will send you the details for your return. Once we receive it back in brand new condition, we'll refund your order.
